📐 SWOT: This project started in April 2019 with a risk-sharing agreement, before the forest mushrooms were introduced. Following the same approach you will notice in our other launch projects, we signed a KPI-based management contract with this client-turned-partner.
👉 The key result: chanterelle mushrooms (gălbiori) were successfully listed in Lidl, Kaufland, Carrefour, Mega Image, Metro.
✍️ Brand Creation: We worked through many iterations to create the name and secured the domain iubescnatura.ro (meaning “I Love the Nature”).

As of today, IubescNatura is present in Lidl and Kaufland with an expanding portfolio of products, while also preparing to serve the hospitality industry through a powerful 🛒 Online Store — Work in Progress.
Our online store is scheduled for completion by September 15, 2025, paving the way for a strong entry into the HoReCa market with all our food brands currently in development.
Publius will fully manage the Meta paid campaigns for launch and promotion. The store is designed as a B2B wholesale platform, dedicated exclusively to chefs and hospitality professionals.

🤝 Sales Enforcement: Since 2021, due to limited quantities of vegetables and fruits, deliveries have been made exclusively to Kaufland and Lidl. We use “we deliver” because Phenomedia Iris 4D SRL, the owner of Publius, permanently manages the entire delivery process — from A to Z — in strict compliance with the time-consuming procedures required by Romania’s two leading retail chains.

🎨 Branding & Corporate ID: Dozens of packaging labels created, with 3 products currently listed. Entry into major retail chains is extremely challenging; the listing process and gaining buyer trust can take months or even years.
Here are the listed packages and labels. Blueberries and chanterelle mushrooms are available on the shelves of approximately 175 Kaufland stores across Romania. In the roughly 377 Lidl stores, we currently offer only chanterelle mushrooms, as we do not yet have a sufficient quantity of blueberries to supply both retail chains
